Microsoft 365 — Live

Connect your Microsoft 365 tenant from Marketplace or Communication Centre settings. Authorise with your admin or user account depending on firm policy. Mail and calendar events sync so scheduling client work and replying from the consolidated mailbox do not require constant context switching.

Google Workspace — Live

Google Workspace connects the same way: OAuth authorisation, scoped permissions, and ongoing sync. Firms on Google can keep Gmail and Calendar as the system of record while Portal 360 links every thread to CRM.

Deployment tips

Connect one integration per user or use a shared mailbox model as your policy allows
Use app passwords only where IMAP fallback is required for legacy mailboxes
