Understanding billing and subscriptions
Portal 360 offers Discovery, Starter, Professional, and Advanced plans with monthly or annual billing. Each tier includes different seat limits, worksheet caps, and module access. This guide explains trials, renewals, upgrades, and where to manage payment details.
Trials and billing cycles
Eligible plans include a trial period shown at signup — you can explore Portal 360 before billing starts. When the trial ends, billing begins automatically using the payment method on file unless you cancel before the trial end date from Settings → Billing. Annual billing typically offers savings compared to paying monthly.
Changing your plan
- Upgrades apply immediately; charges are prorated for the remainder of the cycle
- Downgrades usually apply at the next renewal date
- Seat and worksheet limits depend on your active plan tier
- Some advanced modules (workflows, integrations) may require Professional or Advanced
Invoices and support
Manage billing from Settings → Billing: update cards, download invoices, and review upcoming charges. Contact hello@portal360.app if you need a custom arrangement, multi-entity billing, or help reconciling a charge. Cancel anytime during an active trial without being charged.
