Changing your password and starting a free trial
This article answers common Help Centre questions about account access and trying Portal 360 before you commit to a paid plan.
How to change your password
Go to Settings → Security → Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Use a strong, unique password you do not reuse on other sites. After saving, you may need to sign in again on other devices.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password and follow the email link to reset. If you use 2FA, complete the second factor after setting a new password. Contact hello@portal360.app from your registered firm email if you cannot receive reset mail.
Free trial
- Start a free trial from the website — no credit card required
- The trial length shown at signup applies to your selected plan tier
- Explore CRM, Communication Centre, Productivity Centre, and integrations during the trial
- Cancel anytime during the trial from Settings → Billing to avoid charges
- Book a personalised demo if you want guided setup alongside the trial
When the trial ends, billing starts automatically on eligible plans unless you cancelled. Upgrade or change tier from Billing settings; see Understanding billing and subscriptions for plan details.
